We came to Sbi Digital with a vision for a law firm and nothing else — not even a name. They helped us arrive at NuWar, designed our logo and full brand identity, then carried it into everything that followed: our launch event, our office branding, our website, and now our social media. I've now built three different businesses with Sbi Digital — Her Uraia Clickers, Yessy Beauty Bells, and most recently 818 Elite Sauna & Spa. When I started, I didn't even have a name for the bookshop yet — Sbi Digital helped me find it, then built everything around it: packaging, merchandise, social media, our office branding, our e-commerce site. So when we grew into a reading room, a book club meetup space, and a kids' reading centre, I didn't have to explain who we were all over again. They'd been with us since before we had a name.
Sbi Digital has managed my online presence for over three years now — my social media, Google Business Profile, and e-commerce website. In that time Vitamins Glow has grown from one shop in Dar es Salaam to a second branch in Dodoma, and our online presence has kept up with us every step of the way. I don't have to think about it, I just trust them with it.
HebuG Closet and Helgee Rice couldn't be more different businesses — one is fashion, the other is food — but Sbi Digital treats each one on its own terms instead of copy-pasting a formula. They understood that what works for a clothing brand won't work for a rice bag, and that attention to detail shows in both brands today.
